All items listed on our website are in stock and ready for dispatch from our warehouse in New South Wales, Australia. We have instant order processing. As soon as you place an order, your item is allocated to you by our system and no one else can purchase it. Our warehouse dispatches orders at 8am everyday – so there is a maximum of 24 hours dispatch time.

        Example: You purchase your favourite sunglasses at 10:00pm Tuesday. Our warehouse will send out your item (no matter where you are in the         world) at 8am on Wednesday the next day.

Although we only list items in stock and ready for dispatch, sometimes system errors do occur – if this happens we will notify you within 12 hours with a range of generous options. Shop with confidence however, we work very hard in ensuring that all items listed are in stock and ready for dispatch. The last thing you want is to finally decide on a pair of your favourite sunglasses only to find out they aren’t in stock!

Returns: We have a generous 14-day no questions asked returns policy. Simply return the item in original condition for a full refund of the purchase price.

Although we incur time and expense in re-stocking the item and lose postage costs, we will not penalise buyers for this. We want to become your favourite online sunglasses store and we believe that having a strong returns policy is important to online shoppers. We were once online shoppers ourselves and therefore understand that you can make a purchase which does not fit, or is not the right colour or you just changed your mind and want a different pair. We therefore offer a no questions asked 14-day return policy.
